The concept of the training Motivation lies in the area of ​​convincing that a high level of motivation is required for effective and involved work, and that our capabilities are higher than what we implement every day in reality. The training is based on the fact that there are many factors of how we can motivate people, but only a few tools are used. During the training, we teach how to use various motivation methods in relation to colleagues and subordinates in a daily and a lot format. Our task in several days of training is to give the maximum number of tools not only theoretically, but also practically in the form of skills of a certain behavior to introduce into the behavioral image of the manager. We literally look through any situation of the manager's behavior with a ruler, analyze it for the motivational charge that he transmits to his interlocutor.
